What we are

We are a business services platform. We prepare and file applications and returns on your behalf and coordinate with independent practising professionals for statutory filings.

We are not a firm of chartered accountants. We do not provide audit or assurance services, and nothing on this site is legal or financial advice specific to your circumstances.

What you are responsible for

The accuracy of what you give us. We check documents for the defects that commonly cause rejections, but we cannot verify that the information itself is true.

If a filing is wrong because the underlying information was wrong, the liability for the resulting tax, interest or penalty is yours, not ours.

What we are responsible for

Doing the work competently and on time. If we miss a filing deadline through our own error, we bear the resulting late fee. That is a commitment, not a courtesy.

Timelines

Our stated turnaround of 3–7 working days is from the point we hold complete documents, and it describes our work, not the department's decision. Government processing times are outside our control and we will not pretend otherwise.

Fees

Fees are as published on this site at the time of purchase. The government fee for GST registration is ₹0. Where a third-party cost genuinely applies — a digital signature certificate for a company or LLP — it is charged at cost and told to you before you pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
