Privacy Policy
GST registration requires genuinely sensitive documents — PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, photographs. This page explains what we do with them and, just as importantly, what we do not.
What we collect
To prepare and file a GST application we need:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Business name, type and address
- PAN and Aadhaar details of the proprietor, partners or directors
- Proof of place of business and bank account details
- Sales and purchase data, where you have subscribed to return filing
Why we collect it
Solely to deliver the service you have paid for: preparing your application, filing it on the GST portal, and filing returns where you have subscribed to that. We do not use your documents for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
Your documents are shared with the practising professional who prepares and files your application, and with the GST portal itself. That is the entire list.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or lead-generation networks. We do not send your details to third parties for marketing of any kind.
How long we keep it
We retain your records for as long as you are a client and for the period afterwards required by law for tax and audit purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to retain, and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if anything affecting your data ever goes wrong.
